By creating an account or using ParallelPOS (Parallel POS) — the web app at parallelpos.com, the desktop and mobile apps, and the ParallelPOS integrations on third-party platforms such as TikTok, Google, Meta and Clover — you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues through the end of the paid period.
Except where required by law, monthly fees are non-refundable. Contact support for billing questions.
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
You retain ownership of the business data you enter. We process it to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update features and these terms; material changes will be communicated.
ParallelPOS can connect to accounts you control on third-party platforms (TikTok, Google, Meta, Threads, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Reddit, X, Mailchimp, WordPress) to publish content you create and to show you how it performs. Your use of each platform stays subject to that platform's own terms — for TikTok, the TikTok Terms of Service and Community Guidelines — and you are responsible for the content you publish through ParallelPOS. You can disconnect a platform at any time from within ParallelPOS or from the platform's own settings. How we handle the data these connections give us is described in our Privacy Policy.
Clover. If you connect a Clover merchant account, the ParallelPOS app on the Clover App Market starts card payments, refunds and voids on your own Clover device at your instruction and reads their results back. Clover, not ParallelPOS, processes the card and settles the money: your merchant agreement with Clover (Fiserv), the Clover Terms of Service and your card-processing fees stay between you and Clover, and ParallelPOS charges nothing for the connection. You are responsible for the sales, refunds and voids your operators perform through ParallelPOS, for keeping your Clover device and ParallelPOS accounts secure, and for reconciling the figures ParallelPOS shows against your Clover statements. A payment that Clover declines, fails to settle or later reverses is governed by Clover's terms; ParallelPOS records what Clover reports and shows you where a refund has to be completed when Clover cannot complete it. You can disconnect Clover at any time from My Account → Integration Settings → Card Terminal or by uninstalling ParallelPOS from your Clover dashboard.
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Parallel POS is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
