📡 RFID counts — wave a reader, count the room
Works with any UHF reader: commission tags once (bind each tag to a product), then paste what the reader saw and the count reconciles itself. Adjustments post through the same cost ledger as a hand count.
1 · Commission tags
Pick the product, paste the tag IDs (EPCs) going on it — any format, one roll at a time.
2 · Count session
Walk the room with the reader, export/copy its session, paste it here. Preview first — nothing changes until you apply.
3 · Door watch
Mount a fixed reader at the exit and point its HTTP POST at your webhook. An unsold tag at the door pushes an alert to every signed-in device; sold tags pass quietly. Mark tags sold at checkout below.

⛽ Fuel economy — measured tank to tank
Each vehicle is measured against its own history and against comparable vehicles — a diesel box truck at 12 mpg is doing well, a petrol car at 12 is not. Fill-ups logged without an odometer reading cannot be measured and are counted separately rather than quietly averaged in.

💰 What each vehicle costs
Fuel and repairs were only ever half the answer. This adds what you paid for the vehicle, spread over its life — depreciation for one you own, the payment itself for one you lease, never both. A van is a cost centre unless you charge for delivery, so we don't credit it with the profit on its cargo; we show what it costs to run and what it carried, side by side.

🧾 What each trip cost
Wage for the hours, fuel, tolls, and the share of insurance, registration and depreciation the run is responsible for. Measured costs are receipts logged against the run. Apportioned costs are paid whether the van moves or not and can only be spread over its miles — both are shown, and never quietly added into one unlabelled number.

🗺 Routes — suggested, tracked, monitored
All in-house: the system orders your stops (nearest-first + refinement), times them with traffic learned from your own past runs, and the driver's phone navigates stop-by-stop while GPS feeds this screen live. It even learns the map itself — every "Arrived" tap pins that customer for next time.

💳 Checkout & payments

Applies at the warehouse checkout and every invoice it creates. Transaction fees are credit-card sales only.

🧾 Taxes & compliance

Three rules, zero tax module: same state → your rate · other state → resale, no tax · abroad → zero-rated export (EU VAT & reverse charge handled).

🔌 Integrations — webhooks to your terminals

The moment anything happens, we POST JSON to this URL: order.created · order.paid · order.invoiced · order.shipped · order.delivered · portal.order.created. Point it at a register, an ERP bridge or Zapier. Save first, then test.

🚐 Fleet automation

Every outbound shipment logs a trip against the default vehicle automatically — mileage, MPG and cost-per-mile build themselves.
For odometer-true miles use 🚗 Drive mode on the driver's phone — GPS-tracked trips replace the average.

💳 Merchant & banking — this warehouse only

The warehouse's own money rails, independent of your retail stores. Bank details print as Remit payment to on every wholesale invoice.

🌐 Website orders — direct intake

Hook your (or your wholesaler's) website straight into this warehouse: the site reads your live catalog & prices, POSTs orders as JSON, and they land in the funnel automatically — webhook fires the moment one arrives.

🔗 Customer self-ordering

Tokenized order links — your customer opens the page, picks products at their prices, and the order lands in your funnel (and fires the webhook).

🚚 New shipment

Add products and this becomes a full order — invoice included, stock deducted. Leave products empty for a bare parcel (samples, vendor returns, repairs).
Products (optional — makes it an invoiced order)

🧾 Warehouse taxes — three rules, no tax module

Set where the warehouse operates and its sales-tax rate. Every order then prices tax by destination automatically: same state → your rate · other state → resale, no tax · other country → zero-rated export. You can always override per order.

🧠 Reorder planner

Velocity from the last 30 days, lead time from YOUR purchase history. Tick lines, then draft the PO — it lands in the funnel for review.

🔎 Lot trace — recall in seconds

Enter a lot number — you get every receipt, run and customer order it touched.

💵 Record payment

↩ Return & credit note

The credit note pays down this invoice first; anything left becomes customer credit for future orders.

⧉ Copy inventory into this warehouse

Clones every item the warehouse does not have yet — names, codes, costs, retail, wholesale and case packs. Items that already exist here are never touched, so this is safe to run again.

🔗 Customer order links

Send a link — your customer opens it, sees your wholesale catalog (units & cases) and places the order themselves. It lands in your funnel as a draft.

💰 What it cost to get

Fill this in and the fleet gets a Profitability tab: real cost per mile, cost per drop, and which vehicle is dearest to keep. Leave it blank and we'll only ever show you fuel and repairs.

The card shows in the driver's app, so it's on the phone at the roadside. We'll remind the office 3 weeks before it runs out.
