Customer pays: checkout grosses up the invoice automatically. Business absorbs: totals stay unchanged β€” the fee is logged per sale and shown in fee reports. It is deducted on the dashboard as your card cost, except on card sales a merchant fee % you entered above already priced: that rate is the cost there, never counted twice. The cashier can flip the payer per sale at checkout.

Connect your card terminal so checkout fills in the card brand and last 4 automatically, instead of the cashier typing them. Leave this off to keep entering them manually (nothing changes).
